HRC maintains its standards all over the world and the one in KUL is no different. Good service.

Food has improved from the last time I was there. All the dishes we ordered were on-point: salad, ribs, jumbo appetizers platter and brownies. Enjoyed the ambience too as the music during lunch was at a bearable level.

No lifeband. If got, 5 star. Hahaha

The nasi goreng is amazing. Staffs are super friendly!

I still love this place even it's a bit old and small. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. keep up the good works. If I may suggest, the premise need to have maintenance and the look from outside need to change a bit to attract more people and look better

Seafood Char Kuey Teow was super good.

Large portions of well cooked food. New York Strip with garlic mash was excellent and my wife's Chicken Ceasar Salad was also very good. First class service.

Almost perfect place to have a gathering with your friends. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Foods a bit pricy but worth with the taste and plating presentation. During this Covid19 there is no live band performance but you will have more time chatting with friends.

Super friendly staff

The food is really good, as it should be for its price. Staff are quite attentive and efficient. Most of the cocktails are very mild and disappointingly watered down. The washroom needs a severe upgrade, it's too dim and dirty with overflowing thrash for a classy establishment.

Love the ambience and food served here. Visited during Prayer Band performing. This band can cover a wide range of genre and the quality is above expectation. Professionals at their best!

HRC KL. What you wld expect of HRC, decent food, big portions. During Covid-19, the restaurant follows the SOP strictly and disinfect the tables after each guest leaves.

Today purchase lousy fish and chips in my life in hard rock cafe KL. The fishy smells shows that it has been dated and not fresh. You better close your kitchen forever!

Went on 14th june for dinner with my family. Very disappointing, really rude service from one pudgy lady boy wearing sexy furry top with a coverall. Non stop saying how my kids face looks, how small thier eyes is as we are chinese and keep asking other waitress and bartender to look and said "tengok tengok" everytime my kids go to toilet. All others lady boys waiter/waitress are amazing but that pudger short one (i have to describe hers/his appreance as didnt get his/hers name) so the great ones not getting bad named from this One.

I ordered a cowboy steak and I love they way they cook the beef in medium raw. The taste of the steak was amazing together with astonishing performance from the live band. Brilliant! I would like to go there again next time. 😁

My wife and I visited during our visit to Kuala Lumpur and enjoyed the experience. The food was good, with some Asian/Malaysian additions to the menu which is always good to try! The staff were attentive and friendly and my wife got a balloon flower from a balloon artist who was in when we were there. There is also a small rock shop stocking the core range of merchandise.

Stopped here for lunch while in Kuala Lumpur. Great place to eat food from the US . The service was excellent as was the location. My appetizer was very tasty and the main course was really good. My partner ordered Malay foos and he said it was really good! They have an ample menu and you cannot go wrong in this restaurant!

great place for romantic and luxury dinner . the environment really cosy and comfortable , the fragrance in the restaurant really suits me very well. the design and theme so beautiful and nice. the services around here are great. i really love how the staff work here though. they're professional, being helpful and being with manner and patience serving their customer, great effort give treat reward, the price is normal not too expensive not too cheap. Recommended

Place was comfy, clean and nice. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and free refill.

Super nice place and the real. Place to hang out for the night. Though we haven't really drank booze and partake their eats, we dropped by to buy some of their souvenirs which are cool and one of a kind. The shirts and hoodie are simply marvelous including the little stuffs they have great for gifts. Upon entering the store the people inside the store greeted us warmly, the service providers are so efficient and very accommodating. So 4 stars for this place!

Great hospitality.by the staff. We were told to wait since it was full house. Got our seats snd chose the dishes. Big portion indeed. Delicious and we shared among 4 of us. It was good. No live band yet, we took photos on stage. Had good times when DJ played our requested songs. La Isla Bonita.

excellent food! excellent drink! excellent dessert! excellent environment, friendly service, food was marvelous and the ambiance was perfect for a small group gathering. the place was very clean . expensive but the price reasonable.

It was good, food was great. 2 things..1. I think they are low on staff, so have some patience if you need the waiters to attend to you. 2. No one informed my husband and I of the last call for kitchen, so we couldn't have our dessert in time. One advice to Hard Rock Cafe staff, please inform your customers when it is the last call for kitchen. Other than that, food was great, atmosphere still the same as when I was a kid. 💕

If you're a fan of burgers and steak it has great food. And they have live bands playing covers of rock songs. A great night out.

Visited Hard Rock Cafe KL ...Concorde Hotel on 3rd.August 2019 @ 8pm... Booked reservation for 7:30pm but we were caught in unexpected traffic woes and the reservation staff is kind enough to remind us and reserved our table till we arrived. We thank them for that. Kudos!Had a great time with family. The staff on duty is friendly and efficient. The ambience is wonderful with nice music typical of Hard Rock Cafe. Food is great and wonderfully done... We ordered the Mixed Platter...Jumbo Combo, Legendary Burgers and a nice BBQ Chicken with some ribs... all great sharing choices... Overall, had a wonderful time with some cold beers and great company... Well done...and we will definitely be back again...Cheers!!!

Excellent western food, probably the best around for American. Great vibe and lots of beers on tap. Cannot fault them except for the high price.

Good place to chill and spend time with your friends. There is a live band which gives the atmosphere a vibrant feel and keeps your foot tapping. The ambience (4 🌟), the atmosphere (5 🌟) and your company, what else do you need.

Fantastic night at hard rock. Family enjoyed huge helpings of tasty food cooked and presented to perfection. Great band and party atmosphere was a night to remember. Just a shame some people started smoking inside so we decided to leave. Overall a good night

We were here for lunch, food was so-so, my wife ordered ribs which was a bit too dry. Overall experience and ambient was okay. Plus point it serves local food such as kuey teow too. Place smells like old ciggy flavour since indoor smoking was ban in KL not long ago, so not too worry. Worth visiting but not recommended for proper meal during lunch.

Killer music scene, great food. Next door to my hotel so was a perfect place for a bedr and chill to great live acts.

Nice place to chill. The music is nice kind of way back then the current songs. There quite a number of varieties of non alcoholics drink to choose from.

Popular bar that does good food and has live music. Has a large seated area and slightly separate bar and also some outside seating. In the bar area there also a number of televisions that show live sport. Always a few “working girls” around the bar area but it’s not really that sort of a bar, if you are not interested they will not bother you!

We came here for drinks and we stayed for the live music unfortunately due to covid no live music was happening. The snacks was just good & nachos were delicious, we stayed to have a few more drinks after that and had a great time. Drinks are good and price was affordable.

Went there for the first time during MCO for my love's birthday. It was pleasent experienced. All food was delicious. Crews are friendly with good attitude and attentive. Kudos to all of you. And most importantly they followed SOP during pandemic set by government. Keep up the good service guys.

No dressing room for the shirts available and the staff even didn't even accept to try in the toilet of the hard rock cafe. Very poor for hard rock. Management... please improve your customer service....

Fun place with great food and music too. No to miss the limited edition souvenirs and the famous T-shirt too. Not every cities have Hard Rock Cafe. Must visit!
